Das Hotel befindet sich ganz in der Nähe der Straßenbahnhaltestelle und ist somit gut angebunden an das Zentrum der Stadt. Die Zimmer sind sauber und bieten genügend Handtücher. Beim Frühstück gibt es eine große Auswahl an leckeren Speisen und das Personal ist freundlich und aufmerksam.

Bedauerlicherweise gibt es nur einen Aufzug für die Gäste.

We had a fantastic stay at Rain Tree Residence! The room was spacious and well-equipped, making us feel comfortable throughout our stay. The staff went above and beyond to surprise us with a birthday cake for my mom, which was a wonderful gesture. We loved being surrounded by nature and the kids' activities provided added enjoyment for my daughter. The location was perfect, with beautiful views and a peaceful atmosphere. The library was a highlight, with a wide selection of books. we thoroughly enjoyed our time at Rain Tree Residence and would highly recommend it.

The only area for improvement would be the food options. While the quality was good, it would be nice to have more choices, especially for vegetarians.

Had a wonderful Easter stay at this hotel! Loved the fact that everything was so new and clean, and the staff were friendly and always willing to help. The location was key for us, just a short drive from the national park and with a large property to explore. The salt water pool was a refreshing bonus, and the breakfast was delicious. enjoyed choosing between the Asian and American breakfast options.

Honestly couldn't find anything to dislike during our stay. The only minor issue we had was with the blinds in the room, but it didn't dampen our experience.
